100% Sauvignon Blanc from Cypress Ranch, barrel aged for approximately 10 months on lees. Bright and lively with a medium body, this wine showcases aromas of baked white peach, yellow citrus and distant vanilla custard. Partial malolactic fermentations uplifts texture on the palate and lends a creamy compliment to flavors of white flowers, grapefruit and honeydew melon. Barrel aged in a combination of 80% stainless steel and 20% French oak barrels. Enjoy on its own or with your favorite ocean dishes and light salads.
